My brother says he has always done 1mg EOD, sometimes E3D, with no problems.

I appreciate your input and respect your opinion. From what I understand AI use is entirely dependant on the individual. I know of people who do not use one at all while on cycle. I will start with 1mg EOD and see how my body reacts. If I wipe out my e2 I will adjust my dose.

cut it in half, .5mg EOD/E3D should be ok...

or buy a pill cutter.. or buy some liquid Adex.. (banner at top of this page has it, ar-r, called Liquidex, easier to measure mls than it is cutting up a pill..)
