So after 4 cycles you were 180.4 lbs. so you were 114 lbs when you started? Am I converting this right? And you are 5ft 7in? And you have done 4 cycles and your 23 yrs old. If so you could have done that natty with a little desire and dedication. Your asking for cycle advise you need nutritional advise.
Yes and no Both my parents are under 5'5 and 48kg I'm by far biggest in my family period and pretty well was. My diets spot on il give you a run dwn.
Meal 1 1.5 cup oats 6 egg whites 2 whole with low fat cheese
Meal 2 chicken breast and 1 cup rice
Meal 3 vartigo 50g carbs 30 gram protein shake pre work out
Meal 4 vartigo 50g carbs 30 protein post work out
Meal 5 steak and past
Meal 6 tuna broccoli
Meal 7 Greek yoghurt rice crackers with natural peanut butter
Meal 8 casien night time protein shake and cottage cheese Hal a cup
