First Injection first Cycle possible side effect?

Dude if the bottle says 250 mg/ml. 1 cc is 250 mg if you do 1/2 a cc it's 125 mg. Do you understand?
For ex. Monday I pinned 250 mg of test and on Thursday I pinned 250 mg. so for the week I pinned 500 mg
