    need advice on running hcg & arimidex

    This is my original cycle:

    Wk 1-8 Testosterone Propionate = 100mg eod.
    Wk 1-8 Arimidex 0.25 EOD MIN - monitor and adjust accordingly.
    Wk 1-8 hCG = 250iu twice/wk day.

    PCT
    Begins wk 9 to wk 13

    Clomid 75/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/20/20/20

    it called for hcg & arimidex throughout cycle, but my trainer suggested that I start arimidex only if I encounter sensitive nipples, not from day 1. Would this be too late for arimidex or would administering it after running into signs of gyno be ok? Also he suggested hcg starting week 4 instead of starting from day 1.

    Should I follow suit with his recommendations or stick to the original plan? If it's the former, what dosage should I run hcg at starting week 4?

    Its a good cycle as is.

    Keep adex and hcg in cycle as is

    Pct could be 100/100/50/50 for clomid

    If nips get sensitive on cycle, up dosage of adex and pop nolva 20mg/day to be safe. I run nolva throughout cycle since I'm prone to gyno.

    But overall a good short cycle

    Never discuss anything with your trainer regarding steroids. He does not understand what happens to testosterone once administered.

    What is your height, weight, body fat percentage, cycling experience (I'm guessing this is your first?) and training history?

    He's cycled a few times, so I have to give his opinion some credibility. 6'1" 180 lbs 9-10%, first cycle. 2.5 years training.

    Run Adex on cycle from day 1 up to the day before PCT, which starts 3 days after your last injection, not a week after. Everything else looks good. But personally, I'd put on a few more lbs naturally before I'd run this cycle.

    So would 190-195 8% bodyfat at the end of the cycle be a realistic goal or am I exceeding the possibilities?

    Kinda reaching there. More likely 195 @ 11 to 12%. Then you'll need to cut the excess fat, but that will give you about 9 lean lbs. Assuming decent diet.

    First cycle gains of around 20-25lbs is very common. This is because most first timers dont know how to control water retention and fat gains. If you only count the lean muscle gains, 10lbs in 8wks is actually very difficult. Even for a first time users.

    My current caloric intake is around 3200, and I seem to maintain my weight at this. (very high metabolism) what do you suggest I do to gain the most lean muscle out of the cycle and minimize fat gains? I keep a very clean diet, it's just hard for me to put on size.
