    Nutrition is dam good.
    Chicken
    Beef
    Veggies
    Pork
    Some tuna
    Over 200 grams on protien

    No fast food or soda

Only thing i drink is water and a few brews here and there.

My biggest issue is trying to eat more.

Do you know your daily macros? If your having a hard time eating enough using aas to get bigger is not a good idea. You have to be able to eat enough to support the new tissue growth. You will have to be able to dedicate more time to eating with it without aas to achieve your goals. Eating and preparing food for most of us is a full time job.

I didn't see your weight and height. Then saw it. So never mind.
