Since I LOVE this protocol, how does one maintain vascularity throughout the day? I saw a guy in line in front of me at UPS last night and he was vascular as hell...delts, bi's, forearms, calves.
I realize that bf% plays a role, but what If I ran the protocol 2x's per day, when I get up in the AM and then 1 hour before I workout?
On a positive note...my forearms and a bit of vascularity is present on my forearms and biceps. My calves and lower legs are vascular (probably due to gravity). In Feb I was 19.2% (calipers from trainer) then 14.8% at the end of May....striving for 12% by the end of July....![]()
