hate to hear the bad news cm, wish I could help you. No matter how strong you are mentally, sometimes you just cant overcome the abuse that we put ourselves through. Eating when your not hungry every 2 hours, lifting everday/ eod for hours, the cardio,...it gets to me too. Just push through it, your mid cycle so you cant stop now theres no turning back. Get some sleep and startover in the morning.
