what do you use for E2 control previously?

normally run 0.25mg of liquidex from ar-r. seems to be fine.

Altho that's on anywhere between 300-750mg of testosterone, so im not sure if it will suffice for 1gram. Maybe 0.5 ill have to try. What u think?

how much AI you need not only depends on the amount of AAS used(although some may disagree with this point), but also depends on your age and bf% and genetics.

while waiting for your adex to arrive, you can use the tamox as a temporary measure. 10mg or 20mg ed. as soon as you get the adex, i might start at 0.25mg ed and adjust accordingly.

for whatever reasons, i personally have high level of aromatisation. and i hate the bloat. so i aim for lowish E2. eod doesn't work for me.
