Gyno while on cycle with adex need ADVICE!?!?!?!?!?!

Hey so need some guidance guys. This is my 5th cycle and I need some help. Every since last cycle I seem to be gyno prone. So this cycle I was extra careful and did adex at .5 mg EOD. And still I have sensitive nips and Im sure a lump is coming.

So heres my problem I dont have tone of Anti e stuff. I have adex nolva and letro at the moment. I was planning on just using adex and nolva and having letro for back up. I hope this is enough to not get flamed.....

But my question was which to use. The second I got sensitive nips I upped adex to .5 ED and it has only stayed as sensitive nips. But Id really like to get away this sign of gyno for me. Which should I add Nolva or Letro.


I am currently running 600mg of test and 800mg of eq.

I was planning on running nolva or should I just go straight for letro?

Run the nolvadex at 20 mg Ed till the sides stop YHWH lower it to 10. Remember running nolvadex will reduce the effectiveness of your AI by up to 30 percent

No I would only use it to reverse gyno. Letro if not used just right will crush your estro

I have never used Letro to be honest I just know its crazy powerful and I have always buy it JIC for cycle and if I dont use it sell it and buy a fresh one when I start a new one..... But no for letro at this point? I was only doing .25 eod on adex so if I bump up to .5 ed it should take care of it?

The Nov is going to take a bit of time to work so you will need to be patient. Hold off on the letro as Jim stated, it will crush your estro.

I guess I'm a bit confused I thought the idea was to crush the estro? I know you want to find that right balance does it really work that crazy at bringing it to almost zero?

If you crush your estro you will feel horrible. You just want to get it closer to within range. The nolvadex will saturate the receptors in your mammary glands stopping the gyno. If you were running .25 eod on the Adex I think you should either bump it to .25 Ed or .5 eod. Anything more may crush your e. are you running pharm grade or research chems for your AI and nolvadex?

pharm grade nolva and research labs for adex and letro =) But i have used before and found legit. I dont really know why gyno has peaked and whats worse is I have just hit 7 weeks and feel like a rock it could not have happened at a worse time.

Hey just wondering adex at .50 and 40mg of nolva are getting it in check there is still a lump on the left side and a really small one on the right. Do I use the letro? Im not letro crazy just id rather lose a little gains then have gyno for ever......

You could start letro at .25 eod. You have to remember its strongest AI out there and it can crush your estrogen. It takes a couple weeks to build up in your system as well. Your running .5 mg of Adex Ed and 40 mg of nolvadex and you say it's starting to work. I would stick with what your doing. The Adex doesn't take as long to build either

Exactly, stick to your guns and give it a chance to work. Keep an eye on it and keep on reporting back.

I would get Raloxifene, take it at 60-80mg/day. Expect to be on it for at least 2 months or longer. It is your best bet for reversing gyno. It can be difficult to find however ARR carries it and they have a new liquid versiuon which is great as you used to have to muix it yourself. Now its pre mixed and couldnt be easier to use.
