I've got a question. I think color looks ill, but I like all black on me. Tattoo artists have told me that I have a type of skin that black ink looks more blueish on me. I actually like the blueish look, but I'm just wondering if this :type of skin" thing is real, or just a bunch of bs the artists are telling me bc they use shitty ink.

Skin matters! I have a buddy that is pale white and his ink looks like the day he got it and it was from some clown in a shop. I got mine from a chick that's well known in my area and it looked faded after a couple months. All my tattoos have done that no matter how good I care for them. I've accepted that ink just doesn't like my skin but I still do it anyway. My blacks tend to get a greenish tint to them as years pass.
