Someone posted this once..its appropriate here with a slight modification. His post was " Food and lots of it=big gains-leave the shiny tubs of glory on the shelf"
He was referring to a young man asking about supplements. In this case it should read, " Food and lots of it=big gains-leave the steroids on the shelf"
