Maybe my math is off but it looks like your time off is not long enough. Time on + delay + PCT = time off which for a 14 week cycle would be about 20 weeks if you delayed PCT by two weeks since last pin and ran PCT for 4 weeks.

your math looks right to me. Time off is not long enough i would hold off on running this if i were you.
