    I gained around 5 kgs and kept around 3,5 of it, could have been better, could have been worse, gona have a perfect diet plan for my next cycle with good exercise, I figured that those 2 are the most important after my first cycle...

    Use the nutrition section to nail down your diet and test only again will yield great results. Don't forget AI. And hcg. Pct.

    ^^^ yep that's straight talk. With proper diet and now the experience you hopefully have gained and you body being more matured with aas your gains on this next cycle will prob / most likely will be better. But remember diet n nutrition with hard consistent training. Look at Marcus's diary and ask help with your training plan and attack. Good luck ...crazy mike
