    I look at it both ways.. It's NOT a skate park clearly... If It was my daughter I would be pissed!!

    You're right it wasn't a skate park but say it was a residential street and the mom didn't watch her kid as it ran into the road. Skateboarder is a lot softer than the grill of a truck. Just saying.
