I would avoid Letro. There's really no need for 60mg of Nolvadex. Gynecomastia reversal takes time and patience. If you choose to continue with Nolvadex as your treatment drug, stay at no more than 40mg daily. You will not notice any changes in one week of administration, or 2 or 3 weeks even.
Your best option for gynecomastia reversal is Tamoxifen's sister SERM; Raloxifene. You can dose Raloxifene at 60mg daily until your gynecomastia is reversed. Both Tamox and Ralox will take time. You should notice a difference around 4 to 6 weeks and treatment, depending on severity, could take several months.
