    Bass. Sharing my experience...hope u don't mind.

    My positive experience with TB was based on Physical therapist, PT assist and ortho surgeon indicating recovery and strength was faster then op. PT started 6 weeks post op but I started TB about one one week post op (as soon as I stopped regular dosing of prescription pain meds). PT and ortho made their analysis without knowledge of TB although I DID inquire with ortho b4 surgery. He didn't know or claimed to know nothing of said pep. I later learned he has his own PT biz; I had to go outside his PT clinic cuz not convenient location and insurance issues.

    I also took naproxen after ankle surgery. It is bot a substitute for pain meds according to ankle ortho who said works more like alieve sp?

    Your shoulder could have been out of position. My favorite massage therapist makes sure my shoulders are aligned. Most massage therapist will not or don't know how. My favorite massage therapist is worth every penny!

    not at all GGR, every bit of information I get will be helpful for my TB journey. glad it worked for you, I have no doubts TB will help me however I am hoping that the TB I got is real stuff, if not then the seller will get a bad rap! will see.
