adex or aromasin?

I would research the two drugs and make a decision based on their science. Because folks use varying doses, their experiences is not likely to apply to yours. Both are very effective blockers.

Aromasin kills the aromatase enzyme, new ones generate of course. Takes a little over a week to get serum levels up.

Arimidex blocks the activity of the enzyme. It's a "same day service" drug so it works almost instantly.

I see.... based on the fact that armidex blocks the enzyme and that it starts working sameday sounds better to me. Would o.25mg eod be enough or should it be everyday?

I have no idea. But that is the basic dose for a 500mg cycle. You have to get blood work mid cycle to verify the dose is working. 0.25 doesn't work for everyone, but it's start.
