If you hit a nerve you wont be able to inject XD

You will pull it out as fast as it went in.
If you inject in a vein(thats probably what you mean) you will feel highly discomfortable. Sweat/fast heartbeat/fast breathing/probably hard cought.
But you will survive...

Crazy Mike do not aspirate and its ok like that. Anyway he know ehat he is doing.
The risk of injecting into a veins is pretty low.
But aspirating reduce the risk.

Personnaly I dont give it much thought.

Please Aspirating has nothing to do with hitting a nerve. Believe what is in bold above. If you hit a nerve, Holy crapper...you will scream and you will most likely pull that fuker out so fast... I had a Doctor hit a nerve 20 yrs. ago and I almost decked him. He pulled it out and ducked ... true story I took another swing I was pissed. He yelled at me when I yelled. Needless to say someone else had to take over after I sat and chilled out.
