Critique my cycle please, cutting cycle

It's been about 6 months since my last check but its been about 7-8 months since my last cycle. Just haven't had time until not to really do a cycle. I have the time now. And how would I run the hCG? Along with my cycle or with the PCT or both?? An when I did my work he said all is normal so I didn't really ask the numbers just figured things were all good and I did my last cycle a pct the way I was supposed to

Hmmm. Odd way of getting blood work. Have you ever donated blood?

hCG on cycle, not PCT. Lots of threads about it if you want to research it. 250 IU twice weekly is what you'll need.
