    I wonder if Rich knows hcg is suppressive and would be counter productive during pct. I also wonder why he cannot see the benefit of maintaining testicular function while on cycle as it pertains to a smoother recovery post cycle.
    I think you manage e2 properly with an ai, keep it within clinical range, and you get the benefits of estrogen without the adverse effects. You use an ai on cycle PROPERLY and manage e2 not crush it-thats what jimmyinkedup says.

    Yeah that's what I've learned from this forum and how I'd like to set up my first cycle with the proper use of hCG and an AI during my cycle, but then I saw this video and I got pretty much confused. Especially because he says:"Everyone is an internet genius, blabla", it's all about trial and error..
