I just picked up the Now brand of Methyl B-12 5000mcg w/ 400mcg of folic acid from Amazon.

I use to use MRM banded Methyl B-12 2000mcg w/ 400mcg of folic acid and have blood work showing it worked, but wanted to up my dosage.

that's good to know, i'll also include B12 in my next BW to see if ARR oral B12 is working, if not then will do injections.
