What do you class as a high dose of magnesium aust?

Well, I buy the 400 magnesium citrate tabs. And I take one daily, but if I want to use it as a muscle relaxer, I take 3 tabs. So 1200 mg works for me. Rarely have I taken 4 tabs.Originally Posted by sawyer86
