You need to read austinites post on beginner cycles.

Then pm me with your questions and i will help you find the answers.

You really need to understand what it is your doing to know whether or not you should do it. Then i will help you with finding the right doses/pct for you and this cycle. Posting up what you 'think' is right will just get responses like above which albeit are beneficial to you.

But do as was said and get blood work done also and post it up here. You've already done 2 cycles without doing PCT for the first one you dont know where your levels are at right now so doing another cycle could affect them negatively if they are already out.

Your health is more important than anything before you start a cycle.
