Since you've never used before, i'd recommend starting at 25mcg. hold that dose for 5-7 days. if you feel like it bump up to 50mcg. After another few days you could possibly bump to 75.

Personally, i think just holding the dose at 50mcg gives a nice subtle boost to a cut. T3 is really something you gotta play with yourself tho. Some people love it/some hate it.
