It could be the large amounts of anabolics that are inhibiting your ability to eat.... I find going too high on dosages kills my appetite especially with certain anabolic's anadrol comes to mind as being a real appetite killer.... Which is why I loooovvvvveeee anadrol for cutting...Originally Posted by mannyg
I'm no where near Marcus level or anywhere near his size either but I have a diet log called "project diet" the beginning is very very disorganized and just crap but as you go through my posts I get a little better but you can see how my diets "which are never really cutting diets" have affected my body composition... I have pictures throughout and have tracked my bf% and weight here and there but I too like you have a very fast metabolism and have to eat a ridicules amount of food to gain.... I don't know if this will help you out bud but wouldn't hurt to check it out...Originally Posted by mannyg
I have never understood how people say there mass building and don't wake up to eat or at least drink a shake.... Spending a third of your day fasted sure doesn't sound helpful for building massOriginally Posted by marcus300

I think this may be different at different times.... I've had times where I ate breakfast and couldn't eat for 5-6hrs; puked my ass off and had my meal right there undigested.... I think sometimes when you puke up your food it's bc you were having issues digesting it and eventually it soured and you puked it up.... This seems to be the case for me sometimes but I always eat just minutes before bed and almost always wake up starving which would lead me to believe my stomach had digested the food seeing as through I'm so hungry but I could be wrong..... If you have any studies on this I would be very interested in checking them out..... If this is "hijacking" please pm me.....Originally Posted by SlinKing
digestion is controlled by a lot of reflex actions. food in the mouth, and the action of chewing and swallowing triggers a reflex action in the rest of the stomach and intestines, releasing digestive juices and increasing motility. when the food particles reach the stomach, another wave of reflexes triggers gastric and intestinal enzymes secretion. unless you're currently suffering from a stomach virus or food poisoning, all these reflex actions happen without you even knowing, and totally beyond your control. this is regardless of time of day.
When I was really eating, I was up to 120 kgs and waking up twice a night for steaks and lamb chops plus 5 meals a day.
Now I relax, I am older and smaller but still eat at least 5 meals and still wake up at night and eat! I sit round 100 kgs for now. I Know i can go up to the 120 in 3 months or drop back to 75 in 12 months. One year I competed all classes from 75kg to 120kgs no steroids at all. That was about 8 years ago.
My body like to plateau. It does it at 75 kgs. 85 kgs, round 95kg and 105kg and 120kgs. After 120kgs I feel too bloated and want to lose weight.
Now I am at a happy weight, strong and feel good. As I get older I will see how I feel.
I also blast and cruise now as at my age what the hell. I am getting close to 60, I like to be strong and look ok. I know I not a bodybuilder, I never wanted to be but not too many guys my age bench 140 to 150kgs and deadlift 270 plus. My squats are still down due to compound fractures but will get back up there. Currently 200 kgs feels heavy. Plus i do not have a squat rack,. All my lifts are raw.
I hate the idea of counting calories, I love to eat! Enjoy lots of good food and my wife!!! I think this is paradise! Good luck all. john
^^^^^ Yep ! he will eventually. But remember it will take a while, he's obviously a slow learner.
He's a jerk. Whatever the thread he posts stupid crap , against the grain of good thinking just to get his peanuts off. When we all start to ignore he'll go somewhere else. That is if he doesn't get banned one day. Back to the thread....crazy mike

Agreed, I haven't begun a cycle yet but I am finding out how my body reacts to certain diets and foods through out the day. Making some good gains with out cycling. I have learnt I am not ready for it yet, but this forum has definitely educated me on all the basics. Much respect to all here!!
When I'm asked I like to say its all Walmart protein and gummy vitamins....... Duh steroids are bad for your health arn't they...?.?.?.?.???.....Originally Posted by Hazard
Dude, that's one of the simplest/smartest things I've read/heard in a while. After processing, it occurs to me that waking up to pee doesn't disturb your deepest sleep cycles. I don't think I will ever need to eat 8000 calories but I can imagine other applications.
OUTSTANDING!
Sleep is when the body does most of its repair work and growth.
Growth, sex and fertility hormones are released during the sleep cycle.
Other sleep cycle hormones help regulate your appetite.
Sleep is vital to a healthy immune system.
A regular sleep cycle supports (and is supported by) your circadian rhythm.
Your body temperature falls when sleeping.
The digestive system and metabolic rate slows down during sleep
