How does it make you feel?

I take my Magnesium which is mixed with zinc and Calcium. 400mg mag,1,000 mg calcium and 25mg zinc before bed with 5mg melatonin. I can definitely feel that it makes me dopey and a little loose. Like a mild muscle relaxer would.

I take zinc picolinate on it's own 50mg 2 times a day.

I know I wouldn't want to take it before workout just because I do not want to be relaxed, I want to get pumped up. If it doesn't have that affect on you I really don't know if it would be a bad thing. Might want to wait for someone like austinite who knows a ton more about this than me.
