I take 2 cp of ZMA (20mg zinc 300mg magnesium) before bed and 1 cp in the morning (10mg zinc 150mg magnesium) as soon as I wake up with other vitamins and pre workout meal. After 1 hour I go to the gym and train.
I'knowing that the magnesium has a muscle relaxation effect I'm wondering is still ok to take it in the morning before training or not? it's just 150 mg, I take it because it's in a complex with zinc.
