    So you're advocating a high protein/high carb diet with no fat? The average (non-bodybuilding) make needs about 70g a fat a day, never mind someone who is lifting serious weights and looking to bulk up.

    I'm not no. I get fat from milk/almonds/mass shake/cheese on a daily basis. I get a good 75-80g per day easily.
