    My one year HGH cycle progress

    Hey guys. I am going to be sharing my progress every two weeks throughout a year of my first hgh cycle.

    I am 2 weeks in 5 days on two off.
    3iu split morning and night
    Did 8 weeks test cyp 400 and 80 mg ed var prior to beginning hgh
    Using clomid now and going to run test again in 6 weeks.
    8 weeks on and 8 off for the duration of hgh cycle.
    Will be going up to 5 or 6 iu eventually.

    I'm 5'9" 197 13% body fat now
    Was 205 two weeks ago. Leaning out a bit
    I eat a clean 4500 calories and still lose weight. No sides except a couple of sugar crashes and sleepiness. I usually take it eat 7 am eat protein and fats train two clients and come nap for an hour. After that nap I am good to run all day strong . On a positive note it has begun lifting my mood and emotional state I feel good. I'm not sure if its possible but at two weeks in my metabolism is fast and can eat anything and still harden up. I competed 10 weeks ago at 160 pounds in men's physique . I'm stronger than ever right now. Looking forward to a year of hgh and repairing some connective tissue damage done on test and var. all is well and ill be back bi weekly. A couple pics from today and yesterday

    my results at the end of week 4

    hey guys. another 2 weeks on hgh in the books. Nothing exciting really going on . foggy head sometimes almost like a hangover. i sleep like a baby and require more sleep now. i try to take an hour nap in the afternoon after i lift before i go train clients again. i can fall asleep for a nap really easily. when i wake up im really sluggish aqnd my hands and arms are numb. the sluggish feeling goes away quickly and i reboot without as much caffeine as i use to. workouts are great. once i get a little nap in i can run around like a little kid all day without taking any breaks. been eating pretty clean and alot. there are days where ive taken in 7000 calories without any weight/fat gain. im one pound heavier than two weeks ago. im at 4iu 5 days on 2 off. i have started to set my alarm and take my morning shot at 4am and go back to sleep as i get immediately tired after pinning. i weigh 198lb. im still getting stronger slowly. lifting hard. cant wait to put test back in. considering some winny as well. my hamstring and calf are healing pretty well. 20 ius left in first kit. ive enclosed a couple of pictures hopefully the right side up! back i na couple weeks. oh yea almost forgot. ive been keeping chocolate in my locker at work for the occasionally sugar crash. very important. its been bad a couple times where i started sweating profusely and had to sit down for a few minutes.     Is it really the HGH that's making your sugar crash?

    Do you perhaps have diabetes? Is your thyroid lagging? I've heard people who get that tired/crashing feeling usually need to supplement with T3...

    Diabetes I don't think so. I haven't had these problems in the past. I will get my thyroid checked out for sure. I don't know much about t3. Maybe you can share some info with me as I will also look it up.thanks.

    Lagging thyroid!

    Got a ton out of the last two responses from you . Thanks. Went to a doctor Who told me I have an under active thyroid . He told me to take kelp and take my temperature in my armpit every morning . It's a little low around 97.2. Ill take the kelp but ill order t4 as well.

    Ok another 16 days have gone by. Think are starting to workout well. I was inpatient and added test cyp back in 16 days ago. 800 mg a week first 2 weeks 400 mg a week after.
    Current stack :
    5iu hgh split morning and night.
    Test cyp 400 split twice a week
    150 mcg t4
    50 mg winny tabs ed (9 days in)
    Igf-1 des 50 mcg postworkout into pec tear.

    I feel freaking great . Energy is back. Thyroid function better. The igf-1 has begun to instantaneously heal my injury in my pec. I can bench again. Strength gains in the past few days are starting. Every lift is going up. Must be careful not to go to heavy and get hurt. Flat bench up to 375. Leg press up to 1020. Curling 80 lb dumbells with ease. Back and shoulders strong. 105 dumbell shoulder press for 8. No more sugar crashes. A lot of water a lot of vitamins . Joints feel okay . Weight is up to 206. Holding a little water but not bad. Diets okay. Been eating clean but a lot. 4500 cal with upwards of 350-400 protein. Cycling carbs and fat days. Cardio has been forgotten for now. Excellent endurance during exercise. Good sleep. Sleep a little more than usual but feel good. Sometimes my heads a little foggy but not bad. Not experiencing many sides .     I was hoping this was going to be an HGH only log. What brand are you running?
