When I was young and cycling I did four and five exercises many times I believe when I was in my mania and high on the energy and stamina I did even more. But I cut back and I've done just two or three because of my mind and muscle connection. Doing most of my reps slower with more concentration and more concentrated effort for intensity. Working harder and smarter. When I get more methodical and think and feel the muscle the more I get out of less. I would say you are doing too much for your chest. ..crazy mike
