    Yeah huh!!! I've been experimenting with different amounts. Def stay leaner without them, have more strength with them, but gains are bout the same.

    thing with no carbs is you deplete your glycogen levels and unless you workout and hold on to that pump for the little it stays around, your muscles look flat most of the time

    True, but I was eating 1000+ over TDEE and gained hardly any fat and made great gains. And I did eat SOME carbs after adaption took place but kept it below 75g at most, mainly because ur brain is the only thing that can't use fat as fuel. My muscles do look more full now that I'm hyper saturating my glycogen stores, but even with none I didn't look bad.

    flat is better than fat. there's no argument there. some people are just extremely carb sensitive.
