I've never ate much so 1300 isn't too hard for me and as for the 240 pretty much the only fat I have left is in my stomach... I dropped the rest from that diet... my fitness pal is the application I use to log my calories

I had 4 oz of sirloin steak with two egg whites
4 oz chicken breast 3oz green veggies
4 oz sirloin steak 3 oz green veggies 1 oz almonds
4 oz chicken brest 4 oz green veggies
5 oz taliapa
and that bmi was a rough estimate as I don't have access to a bod pod or anything like that... had to use a tinita scale
