    How long do have and what weight do you need to be?

    How much cardio do you do?

    There isn't a set time I have to hit the Weight by... but I'd like to get in ASAP. I need to be 228

    I run on the elliptical for about an hour or I'll go on the treadmill uphill at like 15% incline at around 4.5 MPH for 45 min to an hour

    I lift 3-4 and cardio 4-6 just depends on when I get off work
