1. Why 16 weeks? Cholesterol and liver will hate you.
2. Unless you get down under 12 % BF, forget winny, wasting time there.
3. There's no need to split T3 dose.
4. Unless you have experience, 0.5 Adex EOD is excessive for 250mg of Test.
5. hCG on cycle. Not post cycle. Why use hCG during recovery? Doesn't make sense.
6. PCT should include both Nolva and Clomid.
7. Why no liver protection?? NAC @ 600mg daily. For life.

1. 16 weeks seemed like a good length after I split the difference between extremes. The longest cycles I read about were 24 and the shortest were usually around 8.

4. 0.5 Adex EOD is what is recommended on the home site and also what I ran last cycle. Didn't seem to have any problems but was also under the assumption the Adex was more a precautionary addition due to the Tren rather than the Test. I know 500 mg Test isnt much but I figured coupled with 400 mg Tren it would be a decent stack. I wouldnt mind upping the doseage but Ive little experience with long esters.

6. In what manner do you suggest dosing/mixing Nolva and Clomid when used at the same time and what are the benefits of stacking Nolva and Clomid during PCT?

4. Don't go by recommendations, Go by blood work. Not all humans are made equal.
5. Old info and needs updating. hCG is suppressive. Read this...
