    hey man,

yeh i know low E2 is a sign of achy joints, but thats not my problem. my E2 sensitive tested like a week ago was 22 (3-70)..

also im not looking for an excuse to run supraphysiological levels, im looking for an explanation for why i all of a sudden feel like crap.

    protocol:
test 120mg split every 3.5 days at 60mg per.. sub q

    250iU HCG every 3.5 days

    NO AI

thats the only blood work i have with the exception of free t3, t4, etc.. they are "normal" but not optimal according to my doc. hes been trying to get me on armour thyroid since day one. i took it for a couple weeks and woke up at 0300 with palpitations and discontinued use. im still not sure if that was due to the armour or anxiety.

i suppose to further clarify my question. the title of the thread "is test too low for my schedule" .. thats the question. i realize 1500 total and 45 free isnt ideal long term, my question is more could this achiness be due to my body not being able to recover from the heavy training schedule/cutting diet with my levels well within the normal range. the only thing i have changed in the last 2 months is diet and dosage.. and i dropped a lot of my vitamins because i wanted to take a break from them..

Man i have never heard of being achy like that unless your e was to low obviously its not since you are not running an ai and with your test level at 800 it looks pretty good. Any chance you might just be coming down with a cold?

nah i dont think so man.. like i said it has been for awhile.. one of the shoulders could be inflammation.. i also may have some inflammation in my elbows and neck (lol).. maybe im just getting old, but im only 38 so.. i have been trying to foigure it out and cant. the only conclusion i can come to is my test being mid range and im just hitting it so hard.

currently running 4 days no carbs at significant deficit with 2 total body glycogen depletion workout days in a row, followed by 2 cardio days and then 2 more training days and a day off.

im not injured, i can still lift as heavy as normal but my damn joints (shoulders especially) are talking real loudly. back is sore today too after doing 315lb deads.. i usually do 415lbs deads..
