    i inject 1ml b12 subq and never had any problems/got any lumps or discomfort.

    Does that 0.6mL only apply to oil based gear?

    Any gear - It's just a rule of thumb, not set in stone. If you can inject higher that's great. Everyone is different but in my experience, that's the case.
