    alot of shakes in there...

    try swapping some for food...

    or.. add food to your shakes, like oats, egg whites, yogurt, bananas, peanut butter, etc...

    Thank you. I do eat a boat load of peanut butter too. I've been eating Nuts-N-More which is really good and I know 3 shakes are a lot. I will switch my prebed one with Cottage Cheese even though I hate that stuff.... haha
