I think people are just really into Phils look. It isnt exactly like any other bodybuilder of the past. His muscles almost are bubbles the stick out so much. Kai was looking drier and I thought he looked insane. Its Phils new look and waist that made him win. People were saying in prejudging Phil looked way better than kai but in the finals Kai looked better than Phil. I think its Phils waist that one it. The post show commentary was awesome hahah. LOVE RONNIE!!!

If anyone had an impressive waist on the whole stage it was Dennis and Shawn. The rest of them are bloated as hell. Agree Phil's 3D look is cool, but it will soon go out of style. If Kai knew how to come in like Dorian Yates, it would have been much closer. The guys just hold too much water now, I don't the reasoning behind it, but it does. As far as overall appearance, I'd give it to Shawn. if he could put 15lbs more mass on I think he would be favored over phil. Don't get wrong, Phil is the king right now, but I don't see him going 9 years straight. Kai wont stop till he beats phil. It may take 3 more years, but he will do it. And Ramy placed high for his first Olympia, I mean hell...I thought Kuclo would do better for his first, but he was nothing compared to the rest of the elite in the world.

I'm old school so yeah I like phils look. I liked the way Arnold and sergio looked in the 60's and 70's. Those guys prided themselves on having a tiny waist which allowed them to have 22'' arms and 60" chests yet only weigh 230-240 tops. That just serves to accentuate the illusion of size. I hope Heath brings that look back to the Olympia. Its cool to see the big freaky 300 pounders but I'm kind of tired of it. Its ugly in that they shouldn't sacrifice aesthetically pleasing shape for the sake of getting as huge as the human body will allow. The GH gut is not what Joe and Ben Weider had in mind when they started the IFBB and envisioned its top athlete.

Your right man. But remember, what ever sells. Its all about the cash now, and if freaky physiques bring in newcomers, then that's what will continue. Phil looks like he does due to his genetic makeup. Only a handful of bodybuilders have EVER had the roundness and look he brings. And he knows it too! Im honestly tired of seeing the same people win year after year. I have lost interest. If nobody can compete with Phil then I will just quit watching it. I really thought Kai and Jay had a shot at beating him this year, Wow...Jay was a let down man. I don't know what the hell happened to him, I thought he looked good in his precontest pics.

Your arms are nonpumped and legit 18' lean? Mine are nonpumped 20' and I'm a very lean 300lbs, so I yours are 18' and that's you in the avatar, then your arms are huge. Think about it, they didn't have synthol back then so once you tapped out your genetics, there was nothing you could do. Have you seen a lean 20' arm, well it's huge. I'm 6'3 so mine doesn't have the appearance of being big, and honestly, I'd say my arms are 19' cold at contest time. Arnie had the appearance of largeness because he had round muscle bellies and small joints.

Now, like I said I believe you, but its hard to believe you are not a national level competitor at 300lbs with viens running through like in the picture. I am Alins rep on Promuscle and have posted pics there as well. I have no reason to bullshit and have never tried to brag or bs as Alin just asks that I come on here and share my experiences and positively share with the community. I have plenty of pics, but I'm not on here to promote myself. As far as Wolff, he has small joints and full muscle bellies, and I do not. I am not genetically elite, just a guy who has been lifting for 25 years and been extremely dedicated for most of those years.

I woke up at 274 this morning some I'm a bit smaller thenI was then but I'm a few weeks out and sub%5bf right now. Don't say it please but you know exactly who I am because I did a Q and A thread on another one of your sites and and answered as a National Level super heavy.

Yeah man, I'll put some up. My arms are small on stage but things should be different now bc of the seo I've been taking for a while now. I measured them cold, and the right was 21 and the left was 20.5. When I measured them at my contest a year ago they were less then 19 so it seems the seo has let me keep my size while dieting down. I won't take anymore after so I'm thinking they will shrivel a little bit.

Yeah, I'm very vascular, even when I'm a little soft. I wonder if eq has helped that because I run it all during off season and only quit the last 2 months precontest.
