^^^Agreed! If your blood work is "normal" and you've trained consistently for at least a year (seems to be the case here), start with the basics as prescribed. Nutrition will be far more important. You will short change the benefits of anabolics if diet isn't clean and calories above TDEE daily to gain lean muscle.
