    With those stats I would concentrate on diet and training first and foremost. All the clen in the world won't make you lose weight if diet isn't conducive to weight/fat loss. Diet is the single most important factor in cutting fat and using clen at this point won't help you anymore than good macros and eating a hypocaloric intake. Plus, clen will add extra stress to your heart and being overweight already stresses the heart. I suggest making a thread in the diet section with your full stats (age height, weight, TDEE/BMR) and have a sample diet proposal for critique
