    Looks like he lost some baby fat around the neck and jawline which would make his jawline look more pronounced.

    That, and it appears he's wearing make up as well. OP why exactly do you think this guy was on gear? Because if our chins really did grow on gear there'd be alot of silly lookin mofos walkin around.

    This was Aziz Shavershian, a young aspiring bodybuilder that died at 22. he used gear, and yeah, probably used makeup too lol.
