Starting to see some strength gains. Yesterdays chest routine looked like this:
Barbll Incline: 135/12, 225/5, 275/5 (warm-ups) 300/4, 275/8, 250/10, 225/12 Flat Dumbell: 110/7, 100/9, 100/8, 100/8.
Incline flyes: 50/10 * 4
Traps:
135/12, 225/12, 315/12, 405/8, (455/5 drop set down to 135 one plate at a time.)
