i will check it out.. oddly this tear started years ago before training with an active life. 10yrs ago it was only a partial tear- and i am not sure what happened at the beginning of the year.. i suspect i wont be able to get back to the gym into the new year- depends on what dr says on weds.
i suspect this all started with a bad fall skiing years ago- who knows ..right shoulder has been an issue or a while..
it didnt help when i went to the dr for the 2nd visit after 2 months of pt asking why am i still in pain and his reply is "your over 40 it takes longer to heal and watch your posture" finally i got an mri and he called ad said.. no wonnder you are in pain you need to get your shoulder fixed this has been going of for too long you started seeing me in june.. " we'll if he would have taken me seriously in the beginnning and upon my return visit it might havev been fixed by now.. but he didnt i wonder if that is because i am female on low dose of testo. i tell you these dr's dont know what to do with themselfs when then find out a women takes testo-
