Cycle will be another 4 weeks or so.
No worries, you sound fine. If you're very concerned, go ahead and get checked out. However, if you're 100% sure it is cycle-related, there's really not much that can be done until the external stimuli (your cycle) is extinguished (both discontinued and out of your system). At which time the problem may resolve itself, persist in a continually (and noticeably) diminishing fashion then resolve, or persist in the same manner which would warrant a doctor's visit, and again the above cited protocol will be followed.

It's normal for guys to blame the prostate. Nevertheless, I can say with certainly that it's not your prostate, because the only prostate issue that adversely affects urination is benign prostatic hyperplasia, commonly referred to as an enlarged prostate, wherein the prostate due to its proximity (sits between the bladder and urethra) to the start of the urethra (see picture) constricts it and causing several VERY DISTINCT and classically related symptoms especially stalled start and stop, leakage afterwards, etc. (See 'Symptoms of Enlarged Prostate' below). The only one you present is urge (both day and night), which when isolated is indicative of a bladder issue, possibly even an infection (start cranberry juice 2x daily), and which medication relieves by relaxing the organ.
