Hey MP I just got back here. You are on the right track. Ya know I have a lot of injuries to work around now and at my age it a bitch to say the least. On chest I do focus on incline and have always back when I got my foundation I\with flat bench. Right now I'm benching about the same or a little more on incline. I always start with that.

Anyway hang in there and we'll be watching for more gains. Try to stay lean-ish and hard. Be very careful with the shoulder cause once a problem it can always be a problem and get worse. Good luck, later man ...crazy mike
