I use to visit back in the day but between all the 'know it all' kids and the reps pushing crap with their cult neggin everyone who questions their stupidity, I quit posting a couple years back. I will visit ever so often, now just checking out the equipment section, over 35 and occasionally the inspiration and power lifting section.

I definitely don't fallow or support BB.com forums. The stupidity that comes out over there is unreal. I do participate and fallow along over at Anabolic Mind's forum and they have some really knowledgable members there.

I coach a kid in football who's dad is from Australia. The guy is 6'10 340. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that his son hits that size! That's one positive thing about Australia. One.
