400 mg of test a week for 10 weeks
Stacked with 40 mg of dbol a day.
    Arimidex 0.5mg every second day

Pct - 2 weeks after my last jab I will start nolva at 40 mg for 2 weeks then drop it to 20 mg for a further two weeks,
After nolva, clomid 100 mg a day for a week then I will drop down to 50mg until the end of the cycle,

And that's me, stats are 21 yo, 190 lbs 14-16% bf ( I will be cutting after this cycle) I'm clued up on diet and gym routines. And I will be injecting into my glute

    Honest opinion guys?
Red is right. At 21, this is a bad idea. Plenty of information available here that discuss age-associated risks in shutting your HTPA off. Before you say you understand the risks and are willing to accept them, be honest with yourself and the risks you think you understand. There are more than a few guys here your age that failed to listen, cycled, and now have lost their sex drive, their "noodle" is limp all the time, they are depressed, and are loosing their gains. They'd give anything just to feel normal once again. This is NOT a risk free adventure and shutting your HTPA down at your age may be more than you are really prepared to accept in the prime of your life.

Most cycles are 12 weeks. Your adex is too high. Your PCT should be tamoxifen and clomid in tandem not consecutively/sequentially. 100mg of clomid is a little much and about 30% of people experience severe headaches at those doses.

HCG should be run during cycle.

If you aren't eating more than your TDEE, your cycle will be a disappointment.

No need for dbol at this stage.

Store the gear at room temp. Focus on training and nutrition. You'll be pretty surprised how far you can go with the proper training and diet plan. Spend time learning about the various anabolics, how they work, effects, side effects, ask questions, contribute to discussions. In another 3 years, you will have given yourself ample time to grow naturally and we can point you in the safest direction to help you succeed.

I understand the "delayed rewards" are often the hardest but this is a marathon not a sprint and there is plenty of time ahead of you to cycle and stay healthy.
