    Blood work is the only TRUE way but you can get a good idea by knowing how your body reacts. Often the signs of low or high estrogen are similar. Lack of libido or erection quality, lack of energy, high bp. Low always effects my joints. I get very sore joints when my E2 is too low.

    By the way man you are looking real good and should be proud of your hard work !

    Also I was going to post about the same as Lunk here. I have unfortunately been at the extreme high side as crashing my E2 and both have some similar sides. High Estrogen didn't have as much lethargy as did the low for me. If you hit too low you will know it, and know it for sure. You will feel like sh!t and won't want to do anything, kinda want to die. At high levels you will never be comfortable with how you feel day in day out. Appetite and energy as well as libido will fluctuate day in day out, hours to hours. ...crazy mike
