Will do next time. Are delts/glutes the best places to shoot as a beginner?

Agreed. Easy to get to and can see exactly what is going on. I know a lot of people use another person to help with injections but I would personally do it myself. I did it on my cycle and would not trust anyone else(maybe a doctor) to do my injection. I used quads also and it went fine. There are a lot of reasons to do it yourself...nothing wrong with someone else doing it but whoever dose it better have YOUR best interest in mind and know exactly what they are doing.

I got my cousin to do it as he is an experienced user and I trusted his technique. I'm going to give quads a go on Friday and see how that goes. Did my delt before and that went ok apart from leaking! That was the first one I did myself though, sure it'll get better with practice

This is true. For me though quads are always the most painful. Sometimes the pip will last 3 to 4 days. PIP can also depend on the gear and concentration.

We are all a little different and have are favorite spots to pin.
