3 weeks left on a 16 week cycle of Deca 300 and Test 300! I've got questions.

I started out at 14.5% or so BF
195 lbs
6ft tall

Test 300mg twice/week
Deca 300mg twice/week

For 13 weeks now.....

Im at 216 lbs
12.7% BF

My question is I have 3 weeks left on my first cycle. I have one more week of Deca and Test, then 2 weeks of just Test to finsih my cycle before I start PCT.

I was planning on taking Tamoxifen and Toremifene, Can I get a refresher on the dosing of this stuff.

And also my brother is telling me to take HCG for the first 10 days 250iu twice a week before I start the others? Is this right?

Any help would be appreciated...

You might want to get your body fat checked properly. 21.8 pounds of lean muscle is not quite possible. Anyway...

Do not take hCG after your steroid injections seize. If anything, take it now for the next 3 weeks. 500 IU, 3 times weekly.

Im using one of those hand held electronic BF monitors. I just checked it, I'm at 13.6 (not 12.7%..typo) BF
Ive been training hard and heavy for almost 4 months. Monday - Friday for 2-3 hours. I hope its 20 lbs of lean muscle lol

I'd rather see him use clomid instead or Tore but to each his own. You should have been on hcg throughout this cycle. Agree with A's recommendation on dosage of hcg.

Clomid certainly has more documented evidence to its effectiveness.

But I will take the advice of the dosing of all 3 products. Im only using Torem cause it was given to me. Otherwise next time I will be using Clomid. And yeah I wish I had taken HCG throughout my cycle I think my balls are noticeably smaller

Im finding out how much my brother is getting 10,000iu's of HCG tomorrow I should have it by the end of the week. This is my last week using Deca, then Ill only be on Test for 2 weeks. Since I wont get HCG until the end of the week should I just use it for the 2 weeks Ill be on Test only?

Damn I forgot about that...I mean I know that machine isnt as accurate as using calipers. But I totally forgot about the water retention. Sometimes after not not working out on the weekends my weight has dropped up to 5 lbs...is that the water? My blood pressure is kinda high too...wish I had used an AI my first time around...

I'm not much when it comes to being know-it-all but your body is at its closest REAL weight when you wake up. Your stomach is usually empty and water has been exerted from your system overnight through sweat and such. Weigh yourself in the morning, that's how you'll know your real closest weight.

Is this the machine that you put your hands on and it sends some signal through one hand down to the other, checks how long it takes, and then generates a number for you?
If so, that machine is extremely inaccurate, sometimes being off by up to 5%. The only thing its measuring is the body fat % in your arms. What about your stomach, legs, chest, and all the other places? Might want to use calipars as they are even better than the machine.
